The change of the name took effect from January 1st, 2007.This move is being realized in connection with the change of the company’s shareholder’s structure, which occurred in May 2004 and our company became a member of the Železiarne Podbrezová Group.

All the other company’s attributes as manufacturing programme, organizational structure, possession and know-how, identification data and the head office don’t change.

Neither the management nor the contact persons change. All phone and fax numbers remain in force. Only the e-mail address changed from the current e-mail surname@skoda-ts.cz into surname@tsplzen.cz.
